Ribbon and Lace

Good morning and I hope you are well and had a good weekend. First of all I feel I must apologise if I have not managed to get round to see your lovely creations.  Life is very hectic at the moment and I am trying my best to comment as and when I can.  I promise I will get round!

Yesterday Dave and I went to the Christening of a friend's daughter.  I wanted to make a card and luckily I could incorporate this week's theme at Lexi's Creations as I am having very little crafty time at the moment.  The theme this week is Ribbon and Lace.  Here is what I made:

Now I promise there is lace in there its just that I managed to cover most of it, you can just see it peeking out behind the ribbon lol!

Card Recipe:

Image: LOTV
Sentiment: Done on PC
Markers: Copics and Spun Sugar DI
Papers: Nitwits Fine Linen, Centura Pearl
Dies: SB Floral Ovals
Go Kreate XXL Square Frames Frilly #7 and Tags
La La Land Heart Banner
Embellishments: Stickles,   twine and charm from Stash
Flowers from WOC
Ribbon and lace from The Ribbon Girl
Pearl Swirl, Pearls and Heart Stash

Close Up of Flowers:

Sentiment, you can see the lace just behind the ribbon:

Side View:

We are sponsored this week by My Heart Pieces. Please go over to Lexis to see the rest of the fabulous work by the DT.

Challenges I would like to enter:

Simon Says - Spring Flowers
Glitter'n Sparkle - Female Cards
The Ribbon Girl - Add Pearls and use LOTV image
Crafting Musketeers - Anything but Square
Natalie and Amy's - Rubber Stamping
Craft-Dee Bowz - Add a Bow
Crafty Bloggers - Pink with Ribbon

Thank you so much for looking and any comments you leave. Take care xx
