Blog Hop

A big welcome to you and time to share some exciting news.  It is The Paper Shelter Challenge Birthday Hop to celebrate them reaching their 8th Birthdayon the 8th December.  This is a two week challenge and both design teams will be taking part.

The hop is our way of inviting you to join in with us and the theme is Birthday/Celebrations which is always popular.  If you have landed here from the lovely Louise's blog then you are going in the right direction if not, then just head back to The Paper Shelter Challenge to start again because you don't want to miss out on this one!!

Santa Selfie

Hello and a big welcome to my blog, thank you for calling.

Over at The Paper Shelter Challenge we have a new challenge with the theme this week of A Christmas Card - simples!

I have used the super cute Santa Selfie which is available here.  I used the pre coloured image this time but don't forget you get images to colour yourself as well as  a backing paper.  Papers, ribbon and embellishment all from my stash.

Autumn Enchantment

Hello and thank you for calling by.  Over at The Paper Shelter Challenge there is a new challenge with the theme of Autumn/Fall Colours.  Here is my card:



I have used the gorgeous image Autumn Enchantment which is available here to purchase.  I coloured her with Copics, adding some Glamour Dust to her wings.  The papers are Papermania 'Birdsong.' I used a paper corrugated for the mat.  Cheery Lynn dies for the toadstools and Woodware punch for the leaves.  Ribbon and embellishments from my stash.

Lovely Umbrella



Hello and a big welcome, thank you for calling by.

Over at The Paper Shelter Challenge there is a new challenge for the week and this time we want to see embossing.  You can use dry embossing or  embossing powder - or both if you want!  Here is my card:


Isn't she the sweetest image? She is called Lovely Umbrella and is available here.  I used the pre-coloured image but you also get one to colour yourself as well as a backing paper.  I dry embossed some Centura Pearl.  The dies are Spellbinders and X Cut.  Flowers, ribbon and embellishments are from my stash.

Back to School


Hello and a big welcome, thank you for calling.

Over at The Paper Shelter Challenge there is a new challenge starting with the theme this week of Back to School.  As my youngest grandson, Rowan, is starting school in September I have made a card for him:


I have used Back to School Madness which is available here.  I chose to use the pre-coloured image but there is also an image for you to colour and a background too!  The papers are all digital and the dies are Dienamics and Go Kreate.  Brad and clip are from my stash.
