Isn't she adorable! This little beauty is called Serena and is available here to purchase. I coloured her with my Copics. I used Dienamics Swiss Dots for the background and Spellbinders Borderabilities A2 Curved Borders One for the border. I cut and matted the image with Spellbinders Long Classic Rectangles and Scalloped Long Classic Rectangles.
