It's In The Bag

Hello and I hope you are enjoying your weekend. We are having a very relaxing one. We went to our local village this morning for a bit of shopping and breakfast then home and I have been doing a spot of crafting.

We are going to Dave's daughters tomorrow so I have bought her a little present and decided it was high time I used my X Cut bag die which I got for Christmas.  This is my first attempt and it looks a lot nicer in real life - honest!

I used a Spellbinders die for the floral panel and some Heartfelt Creations flower stamps with white embossing powder cut out with the matching dies.  The leaves are Marianne die and the butterfly is Memory Box and I covered the butterfly in Glamour Dust.  The little flower and leaf on the tag is Spellbinders and the butterfly is Impression Obsession.

Its a lovely size so I will definitely be making some more!

Challenges I would like to enter:

All Sorts - Spring is in the Air
Crafts 4 Eternity - Anything But a Card
Creative Moments - Anything Goes/Spring Greens
Fresh Brewed Designs - Green, White and Another Colour (I used pink)
Simon Wednesday Challenge - Special Lady/Girly

Well that's all from me for today, thank you so much for looking and the lovely comments that are always so nice to read! Enjoy the rest of your weekend,

re. the dentist - I think I am my dentist's worst patient too now… I had an asthma attack and hot flush in the chair during 45 min filling.. my mum said the dentist was mopping his brow and looked SO stressed afterwards!! lol
Hope you have a great weekend!

Gorgeous work Susan, fabulous gift box. Thanks for visiting my blog back in January. Just now visited my blog myself. I lost my husband to cancer in November and am feeling my way out of a great fog. Have had little urge to craft, but that will change I'm sure. Love your work as always.
big hugs
