Shabby Chic

Hello there. Well I am partied out! We had a fabulous three days of celebrations and now things are returning to normal.  My daughter and Rowan are coming over today I am so looking forward to seeing them (only been Sunday since I last saw them).

There is a new challenge starting today at The Paper Shelter and our theme this week is Shabby Chic.  Whenever I think of Shabby Chic I think of paper distressing, Frantage and pale colours so that's what I did:

Now this adorable Mademoiselle is called Si Belle and can be found here. I coloured her with my Copics and have added some Frantage around the edges, on the pearl button and on the MB Eiffel Tower die cut.  The papers are MME Paris and Co.  I used Marianne die for the mat for the image.  The sentiment is Waltzing Mouse 'Fancy Phrases' which also comes with the frame I stamped around it then used Spellbinders Fancy Tags (don't think you can get these anymore) to cut it out.

As usual there is a fabulous prize up for the lucky winner:

Please go over to The Paper Shelter Challenge and have a look at the DT work there are some stunning projects!

Challenges I would like to enter:

Doodle Pantry - Any Digi
Marianne Design - Anything Goes (Not sure of the rules the translation wasn't good, if I have not followed them all I apologise and please delete my entry)
Sisters of Craft - Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
{PIN}sparational Challenge - Anything Goes
Craft-Dee Bowz - Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow
Crafting From The Heart - Anything Goes

Thank you so much for looking and the lovely comments you leave.

OMG Susan can you let me know what the pop up is I have a maleware programme that is supposed to stop anything like that if it is so bad I would really like to know about it so I can do something. I am having so many problems with blogger at the moment that I have tried changing to google+ but I am not that keen on it. I would like to say Susan that your Shabby Chic card is beautiful, the image, colours and design are superb.
