Good morning and a big welcome to my latest follower Kerry! A big hurray as Mr Blogger is back what a relief now I can catch up on what I have missed!
Today is a Thursday and that means time for another Delightful Thursday over at the Digital Delights Blog. Unfortunately it is time to say goodbye to some members of the DT as it is the end of the design year there, its been lovely to work with such talented girls. Here is my card:
How cute is this fish! She is called Lovely Fish and is available here and the sentiment is from Happily Ever After Sentiment Set available here. I coloured her with my Copics and then cut her out and mounted her on sticky foam pads. The sentiment was cut out with a heart die (I think Nellie Snellen) and then inked with Peacock Feathers DI. Papers are Echo Park Splash and the border was made with a Dienamics Mini Scallop Edging border.
Here is another view:
Don't forger over at the Delightful Challenges there is a new challenge starting and the theme this week is Seize the Daisy (white and yellow and/or use a flower). A fabulous prize for the lucky winner a $15-$20 value surprise package from Magnolia-licious. Remember you have to be in it to win it!
Challenges I would like to enter:

The Journey is the Start
Hi Suzie,
ReplyDeleteThank you for you lovely comments on my blog concerning my cross stitch. It is a lovely remembrance of two wonderful people who were loved by everyone, I was 31 when they died, I do remember thinking at the time I am too young to lose both parents, but others have it worse don't they, my Son lost his father 3 days after his 19th birthday (Toyah was 25. I am just thankful for the time I did have with them both and lots of happy childhood memories. It goes without saying I miss them terribly and even still, at times, I think I wish I could tell Mom & Dad that.
Thank you again
Love & Hugs
