I decided to use some DIs in different colours and use my DI applicator. It turned out ok but I need a lot more practice. The stamp is by Inkylicious and I used Spellbinders to cut and mat it. The quote I found on the internet and printed it directly onto white linen card stock. Ribbon and pearl heart from my stash. Here is another view:
This challenge is sponsored by Fairydust Crafts and the winner will win five digis of their choice. Please pop over to the challenge at Lexis to see the rest of the DT's work.
Thank you so much for looking today, take care xx

This is lovely Susan. When I first started using DI's to colour I found I was far too heavy handed - I'm still no expert but found that I can get the look I want not putting as much ink on the duster brush, rubbing off the excess on a craft mat before going onto the paper - not perfect but better than I was!
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely Susan, that quote is fabulous (and I thought I'd read everything of Agatha Christie's!)
ReplyDeleteLove the DI edges too. I think the strong colour works really well
