Delightful Thursday

Good morning to you I am a bit late my computer is running sooooo slow today! Now I have a question for you:  Why is is on a nice day that when you have to spend 10 minutes loading your car up with a new pram, baby seat, parasol and changing bag the heavens open and an almighty hail storm happens?? I got drenched through and then as soon as we were driving off it was lovely sunny skies again - my jeans are still drying off!  Anyway mission accomplished we picked the pram and trappings up and had a demonstration of how to use it.  I remember when Harrison was still a baby Dave and I took him into the nearby village in the car.  When we got there we got the pram out and spent 15 minutes trying to get it together, in the end we had to come home!!!

Anyway enough of my waffle I am here because it is time for Delightful Thursday over at Digital Delights Blog and I have a card to share today:

I have used one of my favourite images Flower Power Daisy which is available here from Digital Delights. The sentiment is from the Birthday Sentiment Set which is available here. I have coloured her with my Copics.  Paper is by Echo Park Happy Days.  I embossed the Centura Pearl card using a Cuttlebug embossing folder and then cut the aperture out with Spellbinders Large Circles and made a frame for it with a Spellbinders Scallop and Circle Die.  Dienamics Fishtail Stax for the sentiment and the little borders are Cheery Lynn Tiny Expandable Borders.  Here is another view:

Please go over to the Digital Delights Blog and check out the rest of the DT's work. While you are at it there is a brand new challenge at Delightful Challenges this week and the theme is "Make It Simple" .

Challenges I would like to enter:

Fan-tastic Tuesday - Anything Goes
Card Mania - Use a Sentiment
Incy Wincy Designs - Birthdays
One Stitch At A Time - Girly

Thank you so much for looking and the kind comments you leave. Take care xx

I chuckled when i read your post about the buggy...same thing happened to me. I think I have mentioned that I can't drive safely anymore. so have given up ,y license.
I took my little grandson out when he was about 2 and we took the bus down the hill into town. I got on the bus and couldn't get the buggy to fold up! The driver was getting annoyed and my grandson showed me how!!!
