Good morning hope you are having a good week. We have had a few lovely days of beautiful blue skies and sunshine. Don't you feel much better when you see the sun shining?
Today sees the start of a new challenge at The Paper Shelter and the theme this week is Be My Valentine. Here is my card:
This cute image is from The Paper Shelter called How You Doin? and is available to purchase here. I have coloured it with my Copics and it has been cut out using Dienamics Stitched Rectangle Stax. The papers are Nitwits Good Hare Day and I have embossed the Centura Pearl with Spellbinders Embossabilities folder. The heart is made with a Nellie Snellen die and the border is Cheery Lynn Sophia's Heart. Sentiment is made on my PC and cut with Dienamics Fishtail Stax and a heart gem from stash. Here is another picture:
As usual at The Paper Shelter Challenge there is a fabulous prize for the lucky winner:

Couldn't agree more Susan, just love it when the sun shines! I was out all day visiting customers and it just makes fab driving with the sun on the windshield ;-) Such a dire contrast to the south of the UK... just hope the problems will be solved quickly for those flooded... On to your card now! I have bad memories of cacti... I've had them in my bedroom when I was like 14 and when my sister and I were playing around I fell in them, ouch... but yours is different altogether! Supercute card! Hugs, Ira xox

ReplyDeleteOkay, of all the people who should have made this card, it should be me. I'm the one living in the middle of the desert with these cactus all over the place! These two spiney friends are adorable! Love the embossed hearts and that ribbon between the papers...OMG it's fabulous! Pink and green are a favorite of mine as a combination, and this card is #1 awesome in my book. Hugs, Gail
