This is my second post to see my Digital Delights post please scroll down!
Back again with my card for Dare to Be Sassy Thursday Challenge! This week we want to see you re-use or recycle something on your creation. This was easy for me as my sister went to Riga recently and brought me a lovely scarf back which was packaged in really pretty paper:
As soon as I saw the paper I thought I would keep it for a card. So here we are:
I think it looks really pretty. I used Sassy Designs Elizabeth Bennett which was coloured with Copics. I cut and matted her with Spellbinders Long Classic and Scalloped Rectangles and used Labels 8. A Martha Stewart punch for the border and Cheery Lynn Tags 2 for the Waltzingmouse Sentiment. The flowers are Wild Orchid, ribbon, bird and lace heart from my stash. Here is another view:
Challenges I would like to enter:
Die Cuttin' Divas - Thank You
Ladybug Crafts Ink - Blue and White
Oldie But a Goodie - Ribbon and/or lace (My Old items are heart and flowers)
Di's Digi Design - Thanks
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes
Well I am really dashing now. Off to take my Aunt out for lunch and I really must get ready as my daughter, Stacey, and I are going down to London to spend the weekend with my BOYS!!! Thank you so much for looking, take care xx
