Good morning to you all! Hope you have some lovely things planned for the weekend which may or may not include crafting! I have housework and shopping planned for this morning. This afternoon I need to craft as it is my husband Dave's birthday tomorrow and guess who hasn't done his card???? Tomorrow Dave's Daughter, SIL and grandchildren Max and Emma are coming round for dinner so that will be good fun!
There is a new challenge at Card Makin' Mamas for October. The theme this month is Halloween! I have had a play with my new set of rubber stamps from Waltzingmouse:
Decided to do a creepy criss cross card! Here is a picture of the inside:
And everyone knows a vampire can't see their own reflection in a mirror, so:
The image and sentiment have been stamped in Versamark on Centura Pearl Card and then embossed with Black Sparkle embossing powder so it has a real sparkle and sheen IRL. The papers are Echo Park "The Apothecary Emporium". The mat is Spellbinders Floral Ovals and Ovals. The spacer on the front is from E Bay it has been covered with the Black Sparkle Embossing Powder too and a blood red brad added to the centre! I stamped the sentiment on mirri card to make it look like a mirror in a frame.
Challenges I would like to enter:
