I then ran it though my Big Shot Pro using a Spellbinders Floral Ovals die:

I used the pretty image from Crafts and Me called The Tailsman. She has been coloured with Copics and some Twinkling H20s to the tail to give such an iridescent sheen. I also stamped around the edges of the image with an Inkadinkado wood backed stamped on which I had painted the Twinkling H20s. For the mat I painted it first with acrylic paint then added lots of Frantage in Shabby Blue. The paper is MME Stella and Rose. The Anchor is a Dienamics die from the Sea Charm set which I also covered in Frantage as well as the flat backed pearl in the middle of the MB Corner Bow. The cheesecloth was covered in a variety of inks, scrunched up and glued and I added a shell from the beach so I guess that counts as a bit more recycling too! Here is a side view:
