On The Farm Animals

Happy Friday to you all from a sunny Blackpool!  Hope you are all well and set for a good weekend! I will be doing last minute packing and out with my sister and her partner for dinner tomorrow to celebrate her birthday!  We have a new challenge for you at Card Makin' Mamas and the theme for this challenge is On The Farm Animals.  We have now changed to a month long challenge so you have plenty of time to join in the fun.  Here is my card:


Lol not quite what you were expecting was it?!?!  Well they are chickens so they count! Hope this is not me tomorrow night!! The image is from From The Heart Stamps and so is the sentiment.  I went for a CAS style printing the image straight onto linen cardstock.  The layout using negative die cuts was inspired by Mary J from her blog here. The paper is from Pink Petticoat and the image coloured with Copics.

    You wouldn't believe it Susan, but am actually enjoying a Martini Prosecco at the moment (it's weekend now after all, lol!) So this really gave me the giggles, such a fun card and so wonderfully coloured, too! Hugs, Ira xox
