Mayzy May Blog Hop

Hello and welcome! How exciting this is the day for Mayzy's May Blog Hop!  Now I was so thrilled to be asked to make a card for this hop - did I have to think about it - NO!  I do love the images Mayzy makes they are such a joy to colour in! If you are following the hop you should have arrived here from the lovely Lizzy's blog here and I am the last one on the hop!  If you have got mixed up along the way or you want to join in the hop you can find a full list of the participants here on Mayzy's blog.  Here is what I have made:


I have used the gorgeous Xandi and Winky from Mayzy which I think is new and you can get it here in the Mayzy Art Shop.  She has been coloured with Copics and I loved colouring her, look at that cute little dog!  I have cut her out with SB Floral Ovals and yes that is Frantage around the edges, I have the burnt fingers to prove it lol!  The paper is MME from the Blush pad.  I used a Cheery Lynn mini Sophia's heart behind the flower which is a Prima one I have had yonks! The Memory Box Precious Hearts came out too and I used my MS PATP punch.  The gems are from my stash, ribbon and spacer from The Ribbon Girl.

Now if you are participating in the blog hop you know you need to find a secret word from each participating blog and unscramble them to win a fun prize.  Well my secret word is........

    Beautiful card...I love the way you inked the edges of the main fancy diecut you image sits on!

    Those MB hearts look lovely and love the die behind the flower. I thought it was lace till I read the post fully!!!
    Thanks for the kind comments on the garden post. We had the sale and sold so many plants...we are both exhausted but it was so worthwhile!
    Off to watch some mindless TV with DH to catch my breath!!!

    Beautiful card Susan. I LOVE that MS Punch Around the Page punch but can't find what the name of it is. I so love shaped cards & this one is just perfect !!! Also your coloring is fantastic & I thought that little die behind the flower was lace until I read the post. It's beautiful & going in my shopping basket. Gorgeous card !!!
