Celebrate Friendship

Good morning to you all! Today sees the start of a brand new challenge at Delightful Challenges and the theme for this week's challenge is:

CELEBRATE FRIENDSHIP

we want to see something that you would share with a friend.  Here is my card:


I have used Elvin the Toad available here from Digital Delights.  I have given him the 3D treatment but you can't see it in this picture, I should have taken a better photo!  His eyes have Glossy Accents on too so he does really pop out of the card, you'll have to take my word for it!  The papers are Kaiser Craft "Rock Pool". I got some Coredinations and cut it with an Oval Nestie and then ran it through a woodgrain Crafts Concepts embossing folder to make it look like he is sitting on some logs.  I used a Grand Nestie Circle to cut out the aperture.  The sentiment is Animal Crackers Sentiment No 1 available here from Digital Delights. The sentiment has been cut out with Nesties Labels One (I think) and distressed with Vintage Photo DI.

    Good morning, what a great card, definitely would raise a smile, it did here.
    Glad I am not the only one to struggle with the "lid" on an "ink pad"........it was like a scene from a comedy here in this house yesterday.
    Tell you what certainly can't plant plants out here, we had snow nearby last night. Nice and sunny today but still very, very cold.
