Good morning everyone. Well I don't know about the rest of you in the UK but we didn't get any snow here in Blackpool just rain!! I think I am beginning to get webbed feet which brings me on very nicely to my card for today!
This sweet image is called Girl with Goose and it is a digi by Sugar Nellie. Now I don't know about you but I would never get that close to a goose I've always found they have a bit of a nasty streak! I have coloured the image with my Copics and distressed the edges with Spun Sugar Distress Ink. The image has been cut and embossed using my Spellbinders Rectangle Nesties. The mat has been cut with an EK punch. The sentiment is by Waltzing Mouse and I have used a Spellbinders Label (not sure which number) die to cut it. The papers are First Edition Spring Feast. Ribbon and pearls are from my stash. I followed the sketch over at Sketchy Colors.
I would like to enter the following challenges:
Sketchy Colors - Sketch
Bunny Zoe's - Anything Goes
Card Mania - Oh So Girly
Craft Your Passion - Gone Country
Glitter n Sparkle - Use a Digi
Quirky Crafts - Something New with Pink (I used a new digi and sentiment)
Everybody Art Challenge - Girl
Well I managed to do three cards yesterday - 2 DT and the one above, I think this is a record for me as I am not the fastest. Today is another crafty day I think. I have still not managed to sort my craft room out - its far more fun to craft! Thanks for looking today, I will be back tomorrow. Take care xx
Oh this is gorgeous Susan - love the colours and the image is scrummy yummy indeedy.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on not getting so close to a goose - they really do have a nasty streak.
No snow here either - just wet and miserable.
Best place to be is in my crafty haven for sure :o)
Have a fab crafty day.

Gorgeous colours, design, sweet image (even if there is a goose there) and love the big Ribbon, love your card Susan. Used to go to a friends farm as a young girl and the two geese used to try and nip our legs as we rode by on our bikes. Can;t see more than a couple of meters from the house this morning. Carolxx
